As the people’s car, we wanted to give back to the people and show appreciation, creating a brand new celebration – Volksgiving! Using the data we have about our drivers, we selected a few loyal customers that were due for service and, through email, offered 50% off on their next service appointment. The email lead to a landing page where owners could book their service appointment, setting the date to a planned, unique, elaborate surprise for each of the selected Volkswagen owners.
