Due to the success of the campaign and event Seeds of Tomorrow, Johnson & Johnson requested a new edition in the following year. With the same goal to improve the hiring process, a concept and theme were created for the event. Since Johnson & Johnson had previously announced to be one of the official sponsors of the World Cup 2014 at that time, the theme soccer was the perfect choice.
From the conception to completion, I developed the event and it’s advertising campaign.
The website was developed as a card collection, similar to the ones available for all soccer players participating in the world cup, and presenting the interns with information about the work they had done for Johnson & Johnson during the program. For the event, we chose to cater foods common to soccer stadiums such as: cotton candy, popsicles, peanuts, hot dogs, mini hamburgers and popcorn.
