Johnson & Johnson – Being J&J Benefits Me

About this project

With over 5000 employees distributed in 7 industries, Johnson & Johnson’s Brasil, Sao Jose dos Campos site, offers a variety of benefits to its staff. For their employee engagement campaign, the design team worked to go beyond a one way communication avenue, and chose to instead call for employee participation. Based on responses to the teaser phase in which employees were invited to submit phrases describing how Johnson & Johnson benefits them, a broad campaign was developed. Campaign elements included banners, posters, e-mail marketing, internal newspaper, danglers and car stickers.
